The “attract magic charm” casts Polar attraction which will either give you one good friend with a random player or make an enemy with a random player.

The magic charm Ghost me will cast the spell, shed your skin. The spell shed your skin will make you clean, the bad result will spawn snakes around your lot.
Magic Charm: Do Dishes
The magic charm do dishes casts “Dish Wish” the good result of this charm will clean all the dishes on the lot, the bad result will spawn more dirty dishes.

The rich charm casts “Clone Drone” which will spawn a clone of your sim that will act as the Maid & Gardener NPC around the lot maintaining and cleaning your lot. The Negative result of this spell will spawn zombie npc that will start destroying things around your lot until you banish the NPC
