The “Country Oak n’ Arborite” kitchen is in Buy mode
- 11 more “Country Oak n’ Arborite” kitchen pieces have been added to the catalog. The set had only ever shipped its dishwasher; the rest of it was in the game but had no catalog listing, so there was no way to buy it. Now on the Surfaces pages you get Corner Counter 1 and 2 at $550 and Kitchen Counter 1 through 5 at $450, plus the Wall Cabinet at $400, and on the Appliances pages Stove 3 and Trash Compactor 1 and 2 at $1,200 each. Together with the Country Oak and Arborite dishwasher already in the catalog you can now build the whole kitchen in one style.
Residents stop binning good food
- Resident Sims no longer throw away food that’s still fresh. A resident falling back on basic free-will behavior could pick “Clean Up” on a fully stocked platter just like any other mess, even with servings left. Residents now leave food alone until it’s actually spoiled or no longer wanted.
Discord now shows off the 2026 plum bob
Your “Playing” card on Discord was still carrying last year’s icon – idle in the city, on the main menu, in Character Creation, and in Sandbox. It now shows the 2026 plum bob in all of those spots instead. Nothing else about the card changed: your own lot’s thumbnail and its category badge still show up exactly as before while you’re on a lot.
