Coming Soon to NewSO!
We’re excited to introduce some new options to Create-a-Sim later this week!
When creating a new Sim, you’ll now be asked which experience you’d like to use: Classic or NewSO. This is completely optional, so players who prefer the traditional Create-a-Sim experience can continue using it.
The new NewSO experience introduces our experimental Non-Binary option, allowing you to choose from the full selection of available heads and bodies without the traditional restrictions.
This feature is still experimental, and we’ll continue tuning and improving it based on community feedback. Some areas, particularly Sleepwear and Swimwear, are still influenced by this selection, so there may be a few quirks as we continue expanding the system.
For existing Sims, you’ll also receive a one-time Edit Sim opportunity, giving you the chance to try the updated Create-a-Sim experience or simply refresh your Sim’s appearance.
