Issue: The Sims Online appears to be missing. The game expects TSO at directory ‘C:/Games/SimNation/TSOData//TSOClient/*,

Solution: In the NewSO Launcher, click the folder icon next to the TSO installation path to open the folder where the Launcher is finding your files. Delete that enclosing folder and reinstall.
